Bendová, Tereza ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the physical fitness of girls aged 14 to 16. The aim of this work is to evaluate the impact of the pandemic on a particular group of female volleyball players on the basis of recorded data. The theoretical part focuses on the pandemic itself, but mainly on the physical activity linked with the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical part also expands on information about volleyball and the individual player positions. The practical part deals with the recorded data and its evaluation. For data collection, I chose special motor tests performed on volleyball that test specific motoric abilities of volleyball players. The results showed that the physical fitness of the female volleyball players deteriorated in all tested areas. The biggest percentual deterioration can be found in the K-test used to measure speed. The deterioration rate was recorded in 100% of the players. Furthermore, when comparing whether the players' performance after returning to training recovered to their pre-pandemic levels, I found that not all players were able to perform the same. Kavalová, Natálie ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Chrástková, Martina (referee)
The main aim of this thesis is to determine the level of speed and endurance skills in professional female football players of AC Sparta Praha. The sub-objective is to compare the results obtained in the selected fitness tests in terms of the playing position of the players. For the research we have chosen five field tests suitable for the verification of fitness in the field of speed and endurance abilities in male and female football players. These are the 10-meter sprint test, 20-meter sprint test, K-test, BUMAZA test and YoYo Intermittent Recovery Test 1, in addition to the YoYo test, Brower Timing photocells with an accuracy of 0.01 seconds were used for measurement. The test set consisted of 21 female soccer players of the AC Sparta Praha team without the participation of goalkeepers. The testing took place in an indoor hall with artificial grass surface at TCM Strahov. The results showed very good fitness parameters of all players. In the linear speed tests we found out that it is not always a rule that the best results in the 10m sprint are achieved by the same players as in the 20m sprint. We looked in more detail at the comparison of the fitness level of different playing positions. The results of the BUMAZA test, which focuses exclusively on speed endurance, showed that female players at...

These trainers fully agreed on two questions only. First question was about a use of fitness trainers for amateur level football. No respondent uses this approach. The second question was about use of tools for fitness training. Here, on the other hand, all respondents use such tools. Answers on other questions differed.
